Evolution
Management, Inc. (EMI) was founded by Larry Matthews in 1994
along with a group of talented entrepreneurs involved in the
identification, development, and management of emerging growth
companies. Initially, our expertise was in franchising. This
ongoing experience allowed us to produce successful results
with ventures in finance, retail, manufacturing, real estate,
construction, and high technology. We structured and launched
